All payments will be handled by our third-party escrow agent, Chicago Title, the largest title company in the USA and Canada. Chicago Title has an impeccable reputation and over 150 years of experience in the industry, providing security and trust in every transaction. Their role as an escrow agent ensures that all funds are protected and managed professionally.

* If a different payment schedule is required following your initial 30% deposit, contact your agent so they can request a special arrangement with the developer.

Facilities for Foreign Buyers:

 

If you are a foreign buyer and wish to reserve a unit with a deposit, you will have an allowance of 30 days to visit the USA. Please ask your agent for more details.

If you prefer to purchase without visiting Miami, we can handle all payment arrangements via bank wire transfer and the requisite paperwork via DocuSign online. Additionally, if you wish to open a bank account in the USA without being physically present, we can assist you with this process.

If you wish to apply for an investor visa, we will direct you to our legal team. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on purchasing property in the USA. You can refer to U.S. laws for more details.

The VIDA EDGEWATER project is expected

to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
